We use a proprietary double-boxing method combined with industrial-grade bubble wrap. Each piece is stress-tested and secured to ensure it arrives at your door in one piece, regardless of how the carrier handles it.
What is your return policy for glass products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used.

Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked brown boxes. The shipping label will list the sender as 'TAG' to ensure your privacy and security.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
While rare, if an item arrives broken, please take photos of the damaged product and the packaging immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
